The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy and govern the processing, dispatch, and delivery of all orders placed through Surplus Shop.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed before 14:00 PM (AEST) will be processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Please note that orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of unusually high order volumes, processing and shipment times may be extended. Customers are requested to allow additional transit days for delivery. Should a significant delay occur, Surplus Shop will notify you promptly via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Surplus Shop provides nationwide shipping through Australia Post and various freight carriers. Please note that the shipping cost is calculated based on location and on the final order amount after discounts and coupons have been
applied.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the relevant tracking number(s). Tracking information will generally become active within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international shipments, Surplus Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees that may be imposed on your order. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Surplus Shop accepts no liability for products lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the carrier directly and file a damage claim. Customers are advised to retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim process is complete.
